Exolix

Exolix is a no-account instant crypto exchanger that routes swaps through third-party exchanges and quotes fixed or floating rates with no separate fee.

Also known as Exolix.com

The short answer

You send one coin to a deposit address and receive another at the address you entered, usually within 5 to 30 minutes by the company's estimate. As of October 2026 its site claims routing across 200+ blockchains and liquidity from 50+ centralized exchanges. The main caveat sits in its AML/KYC policy: any transaction can be held until you prove identity and source of funds, and Exolix publishes no operating company, address or licence.

01

What Exolix is and who runs it

Exolix is a swap service, not an exchange with order books or balances. It calls itself a "cross-chain swap aggregator": it takes your deposit, buys the coin you asked for on one of the exchanges it is connected to, and sends the result to an address you supply. Its FAQ says it launched in 2018, and the site footer carries a copyright line running from 2018.

The company behind it is hard to pin down. The terms of use, privacy policy and AML/KYC policy, all dated 6 July 2026, refer only to "Exolix" and give an email address for contact. None names a legal entity, a registration number, a registered address or a governing law. The Android app on Google Play is published under an individual developer account with a Ukrainian address rather than a company. The site claims no licence or registration, and without a named entity there is nothing to look up on a regulator register.

How an Exolix swap works

A swap takes four steps: pick the pair and amount, paste the receiving address (plus a memo or tag if the coin uses one), send the deposit, and wait. The FAQ puts typical processing at 5 to 30 minutes, longer for large amounts or slow chains. Each order gets a transaction ID, which is what support asks for when something goes wrong.

You can choose a fixed or a floating rate. The terms say a fixed rate is held for 60 minutes from the moment the order is created; a deposit that arrives later needs a new order. A floating rate follows the market until the swap executes, so the final amount can move either way. Exolix says it has no maximum limit on order size.

  • Account: none needed; an email address is optional.
  • Custody: Exolix says it does not hold deposit balances, but your coins are in its hands, or a partner exchange's, between deposit and payout.
  • Apps: an Android app is listed on Google Play; there is also an API and widgets for partner sites.
03

What Exolix costs

Exolix states that it charges no fees and that the amount shown before you confirm is the amount you receive. That is accurate as far as it goes: there is no line item. The cost is the gap between the rate Exolix quotes and the market rate, and because the quoted amount is what arrives, the network fee for the payout is inside it too. A fixed rate can carry a wider margin than a floating one, since the service takes the price risk for the hour it holds the quote.

Because the fee is inside the rate, the only fair comparison is the final receivable amount for the same pair, size and rate type at the same moment. Our guide to the cheapest ways to swap crypto explains that check, and how Exolix compares with other instant exchangers shows the spreads we recorded. Exolix also pays affiliates up to 2% of each referred transaction, which is part of what the spread funds.

04

Is Exolix safe? Identity checks and frozen swaps

Exolix markets itself as registration-free and says it does not ask for personal data to complete a transaction. Its AML/KYC policy sets the limits on that promise. Every deposit is screened with blockchain analytics, and a transaction can be suspended, delayed, rejected or cancelled until a compliance review is complete. Triggers include the amount, frequency, wallet risk, geography, sanctions screening and requests from partner exchanges or law enforcement.

If a review is opened, Exolix or a partner may ask for a government ID, a selfie or liveness check, proof of address, and documents showing source of funds and source of wealth. The terms say that if you refuse, Exolix is not responsible for refunding or completing the swap. The policy also says Exolix need not tell you that a transaction has been reported. In practice, the coins you sent stay with the service until the review ends.

  • Sanctioned people, wallets and residents of comprehensively sanctioned countries are refused.
  • Data such as wallet addresses, IP address and verification documents can be shared with the partner exchange handling your swap.
  • No proof of reserves, insurance or published security audit; with no stated legal entity, there is also no named party to bring a claim against.
05

Refunds and mistakes

Refund rules depend on whose fault the problem is. If Exolix's own system fails, the terms promise a full refund without commission. If you made the error and tell support before the payout is sent, Exolix says it will refund minus a commission. A wrong network, a missing memo or destination tag, outdated tokens, or a payout already sent to the address you entered are not refunded. Support decides user-error cases individually, and the terms say that decision is not open to dispute.

Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed, so the FAQ's advice to check every field before sending is the main protection you have. Exolix's total liability for a transaction is capped at the fees it received for it, and since it charges no explicit fee that cap is hard to apply.

06

Support and official channels

Exolix says support runs 24/7. The contact routes linked from its site are email, a Telegram chat and a Telegram channel, Discord, X, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. Keep the transaction ID and deposit hash ready when you write. Support staff will not need your seed phrase or remote access to your device, so treat any request for either as a scam, whoever sends it. Direct alternatives in the same category include ChangeNOW and Godex.

Questions people ask

Is Exolix legit?

It is a working service that has run since 2018 by its own account, and its terms and AML/KYC policy are published and dated. What it does not publish is the company behind it: no legal entity, address, registration number or licence appears on the site. That leaves users with no named counterparty or regulator to turn to if a swap is frozen or lost.

Does Exolix require KYC?

Not by default. Most swaps go through without an account or documents. The AML/KYC policy lets Exolix or its partner exchanges hold any transaction flagged by screening and ask for ID, a selfie, proof of address and evidence of source of funds and wealth. Without those documents the swap may not be completed or refunded.

What is an Exolix transaction ID?

It is the order number Exolix assigns when you create a swap, separate from the blockchain hash of your deposit. You use it to track the order's status on the site and to identify the order when contacting support. Keep it together with the deposit hash until the payout has arrived.

How long does an Exolix swap take?

The FAQ gives 5 to 30 minutes as the usual range. Large orders, congested networks and coins that need many confirmations take longer, and a transaction picked for compliance review waits until the review ends, which has no stated time limit. A fixed rate is only held for 60 minutes, so a late deposit needs a new order.
